Menganalisis Peran Budaya Organisasi dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Adaptasi Karyawan di Era Digital yang Dinamis

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan adaptasi karyawan di era digital.
Metodologi/Pendekatan: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan melibatkan 10 informan dari berbagai divisi di sebuah perusahaan teknologi.
Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan bahwa budaya keterbukaan, inovasi, dan pembelajaran berkelanjutan mendorong adaptasi, sedangkan struktur hirarkis menghambatnya.
Implikasi Praktis: Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi pentingnya membangun budaya keterbukaan, inovasi, dan pembelajaran untuk menciptakan kemampuan adaptasi.
Kebaruan: Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami bagaimana budaya kerja mempengaruhi keberhasilan transformasi digital.
